Encapsulation of electronic components

During the encapsulation of electronic components, depending on the type of substrate, a suitable material is dispensed over e.g. IC and wires to protect them against environmental influences and mechanical stress.

The contactless application of the potting compound allows very short cycle times. Valuable time for movements in the Z-axis, due to the topography of the components, can be saved.
