perfecdos VC1 Controller overview:
The perfecdos VC1 controller from perfecdos is the perfect addition to our PDos X1 micro dispensing jet valve.
In addition to the high-precision setting of the operating parameters for actuator and heating, the controller accommodates a special switching intelligence, which enables the shortest switching times of the PDos X1 and compensates for negative effects caused by production-related downtimes.
These special functions are also used fully automatically in amplifier operation.
Customers thus benefit from increased productivity, reduced rejects and an increased range of applications.
The integrated evaluation unit for the optional droplet sensor counts the „good“ droplets, compares them with the target number, and transmits a “dosage OK” signal to the PLC. In the event of faulty dosing, further steps for quality assurance of the end product can be carried out completely automatically.
The particular advantage of the VC1 controller is that the short signals from the drop sensor can be reliably recorded and processed for the PLC.
To ensure consistent dosing and production quality, maintenance work on the PDos X1 jet valve is also neccesary. In a few cases these can also be useful as prophylactic actions.
Our controller VC1 evaluates the dosing signal and outputs an error signal according to definable limit parameters. This can be used as a maintenance recommendation for the operator and/or for further quality assurance processes.
The communication interfaces are digital I/O (trigger, emergency stop, etc.), RS232 / RS485, or CAN bus. The use of CAN bus requires some coordinating actions with our service department during plant planning.
