The perfecdos micro dispensing valve PDos X1 sets a new benchmark in jetting extremely small dots of SMD adhesive!
The adhesive dots are dispensed rapidly and very precise directly onto the pcb, between the solder joints of common SMD components. (The Video shows 0603 packages)
Commonly, this process takes place between printing process of solder paste and component placement.
Even much smaller components can now be bonded, without risking contamination of the solder joints.
This increases the versatility of bonding technology in SMD production.
